REGULATION

By filling out and sending the registration form, I have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set by the Event Organizer, such as this document.
  • All informations about the event can be seen on our official website, http://www.jeparainternationaltriathlon.com/ or can contact the event organizer via e-mail to jepara.international.triathlon@gmail.com
  • If the activities / events are forced to be canceled due to things beyond the control of the organizers (including heavy rain, thunderstorms, calamities or demonstrations), there is no refund of the registration fee that has been paid and the organizer is not responsible for any losses or inconvenience that arises.
  • By registering and providing personal information or others, in taking part in the event the Organizer and the executor of the event, assume that the participant has given written permission to the Operator and the executor and also has the right to use all information to the participant, whether personal information relating to the participant or for the program, planning, data processing, and statistics or analysis, research, funds and / or other purposes as a following up of the event above .
  • Organizers and Sponsors declare that all informations belong to the event Organizer or sponsor, they can use information if needed.
  • The organizer has the right to change or replace one of the terms and regulations as appropriate. If there are doubts in each provision, the organizer as the authorized party can interpret and thus, the organizer will consider the interests of all affected participants. each changes of rules will be notified on the official website http://www.jeparainternationaltriathlon.com/

| PARTICIPATION |

  • Participants must be a maximum of 15 years for Youth Distence and 16 years to 60 years for Sprint Distance Age – Group and have a valid identity card.
  • Participants under the age above are required to have a student card and have a parent’s permit.
  • Participants must register through the website http://www.jeparainternationaltriathlon.com/
  • Participants fill out and complete the personal data form on the website.
  • Participants will get information about participation costs and payment methods.
  • Online registration and final payment closed on September 21, 2019 (or until the slot runs out).
  • Participants can make payments by credit card, ATM transfer, Alfa group, and others.
  • Please keep the transfer proof as proof of your valid payment.
  • Prospective Participants who have made payments will receive a confirmation email for taking the race pack.
  • Registration and participant numbers cannot be transferred.
  • Treatment of prospective participants will be based on prospective participants who have filled out forms and have made payments in advance, not only based on filling out forms.
  • The Organizer has the right to disqualify and remove participants from the competition if they provide incorrect data / information on the registration form, or are suspected of taking drugs. There will be no refund of the registration fee.
  • Participants must stop the race if for some reason the race cannot be continued and terminated by officials, medical staff, race directors, referees and / or security officers.
  • Every precautionary measure that is still within reasonable capacity will be taken by the organizer for the safety of participants, all risks are borne by themselves and the Organizer is not responsible for any injury or death arising from the competitor during the event. Participants are encouraged to do a medical examination or consult a doctor before deciding to take part in the race.
  • Pets or wheeled vehicles such as wheelchairs (except for wheelchairs intended for emergencies approved by the organizer), bicycles, roller skates, wheelbarrows, roller blades, etc. are not allowed in the field.
  • Participants are not allowed to bring babies and children under 10 years and also those who are not registered in the race. If it happens, please be aware that the risks are beyond the responsibility of the organizing committee.
  • Participants are required to use a number. Participants who do not wear a bib number will be driven by officers to go out from the race track.
  • Registration fee cannot be refunded if finally the competitor does not take part in the race event for any reason.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to use photographs (including participants), films, recordings, or other media records of the event, for legitimate purposes including commercial advertising and distribution to Sponsor.
  • The organizer has the right to close the registration before the deadline without prior notice if the quota of the competitor has been fulfilled, in this case according to the quota that has been determined by the organizer.
  • The organizer has the right to refuse the participant to enter the race if the participant provides false information, does not make the required payment, or does not fullfill the race requirements listed in the registration form.
  • The Organizer has the right to limit and or reject the participant without giving any reason or notice before.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from incomplete or inaccurate registration details in the registration form.
  • The organizer has the right to cancel and or to add the race category without prior notice to the Participant.
  • Participants are not allowed to give their race numbers to other parties or change the race category after registration without confirmation to the Operator.
  • Participants who start the race before the set start time will be disqualified. (Please see the time the race starts).
  • Each participant who refuses to obey directions, orders or instructions from the organizer, referee or marshal or performs unfair actions, by saying bad words to the organizer, volunteers or Marshall can be disqualified from the race event.
  • Participants who, if known to shorten the race route (‘cut lane’) will immediately be disqualified from the race event.
  • Unauthorized participants are prohibited from being on the race track except for participants and the organizing committee. Therefore, the participants are not permitted to bring friends who are not registered in the event.
  • A hands-on medical examination during the race period will not result a disqualification if the participant is considered medically healthy. If the participant becomes ill during the event is on going and need medical treatment by doctor or hospital,the medical staff or hospital must provide details of participant’s medical condition to the organizer and the fee is not responsibility of the organizer.

| COURSE MONITORING |

  • All participants are given a bib or time recording tool that must be used.
  • Time gun is the official time for prize winners.
  • The official time registration will be recorded in the electronic timekeeping, which will start recording when the competitor crosses the start line and will end when passes the finish line.
  • Participants who use time recording tools or bibs must pass the starting line to the finish line, so that it can produce accurate time.
  • Time recording equipment for participants must be in good and clean condition if not, will not be recognized as official by the organizer.
  • Participants who are found to have two or more time records during the race will be disqualified.
  • Participants who lost their time records during the race will be disqualified.
  • Participants must start the event in accordance with the start time.

| COMPETITION WINNER RESULTS |

  • The organizer has the right, to change, add or remove part of the rules of the event.
  • Participants are bound by the event rules set by the organizer.
  • Failure to follow the rules of the event will result direct disqualification, loss of prize money and removal of official results.

| RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF RIGHTS |

  • with filling out this form by prospective participant, prospective participants and competitors are deemed to have known and understood the risks and consequences that would arise from this event.
  • Participants will take responsibility all risks resulting from taking part in this competition and agree to waive all rights of responsibility for themselves for any claims for injury, death and any loss or damage that may occur before, during and after the event takes place to the event organizer and the sponsor.
  • Participants are considered medically and physically healthy to be able to participate in the event above.
  • Participants agree that at any time the organizer can use the name and photo in the promotion and publicity of the event.
  • Participants state that all information provided is correct.
